Insomnia

Insomnia ? It is a hot topic for me. Sometimes I feel can not sleep too. Today's I saw again this topic in Yahoo news. They said that behavioral treatment helped people fall asleep nearly nine minutes sooner than sleep drugs.
For me I believe it. Try not to thinking hard when we are in bed is very helpful.We must relax our mind and thought. Feel our body touch the bed and take attention to our tired body. It is my way to get sleep.
Control our mind and don't have a hungry stomach is an important thing too .
