I think I should post the funny picture too in this blog..ha..ha..ha..sometimes when I have no idea what to blogs..I always feel a few funny picture that I receive from my friends always good. I have looked on others posties blog that a lot of them post what to do list...yeah..it is a good idea too.

Del Toro Shoes

What a good Del Toro Shoes I saw, you see by your own self with the above picture. It is really nice hand made crafted in alicante,Spain and this shoes use the finest velvet and leather. I like it very much..because it is bautiful and very nice to wear for daily use. And I am very amazing with this company how they made these shoes for three years in order to protect us not slip our feet.

I think if I wear it ..I will very safe ...ha..ha..ha..I still remember I had slip once when I was at Singapore International Airport. And it made me very shy with people around me.

Wonderful Tea Time

This evening I have a nice tea time..I went to the largest shopping Mal at my city...and after that we have try to a Chinese dim sum restaurant. I saw the chef is from China..well.. I would have a try.

I try eat "Sio Mai " , " Siaw Lung Pou " , " Ha Kau" ...it is really great...the taste is wonderful...it is the same taste as we ate one year ago at ShangHai China. And the best one we drink pearl jasmine Chinese tea.

Fried Chicken

Today after had read a recipe I try to fried chicken, actually it is very common way..but I like to try it to see whether the taste is different from usually I did. I cut a chicken in to 8 pieces , give them salt, olive oil ,garlic and onion. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour and then fry it in a medium temperature. After 15 minutes , take the chicken out, get the high temperature and put the chicken again in the wok. Wait until 1 minutes and quickly take the chicken out of the wok. Two times fry will make the chicken's skin taste good and dry.

Every one must have good memories and it is a great idea to make our sweet memory lifetime with pictures on gold. And I found a locket site which can is specially create this one. They used advanced engraving machinery to engrave our favorite photo.

Some thing about wine

I just read from an article that why Why red wine is red and other isn't. I never think about it . But it is interesting for me to follow on what they said , it said When white grapes are crushed, they are pressed immediately or sometimes after a day or so of grape skin contact. The resulting juice is fermented into wine. When it is finished it is white wine, or more accurately, a shade of light straw or very faint green wine. .
Red grapes are crushed and the juice is left on the skins to ferment for a week and sometimes much longer. It is during this skin contact that the red color leeches out of the skins and into the liquid as it is becoming red wine. When the fermentation is complete, then the wine is pressed from the skins.

I think it is a good lesson for me too and I post in my blog because I think it is nice.
