I just already read Dr Mao's secrets of longevity on the title "Top 5 Habits to Increase Longevity " He said that to be long live ones should :
1. Eat five small meals a day ( in a small portion )
2. Climb the stairs instead of using elevators.
3. Laugh it up!
4. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
5. Unwind with meditation.
For my opinion I think it is true too, don't eat so much but just a little , doing exercises is good for every one , laugh is the best medicine for throwing our worried , drink a lot of water and the best one is meditation.
It looks very simple but sometimes I can't do it too...so I set up my minds that I always do the above things as I can...how about you ?
