I found my old picture today. It is very funny to see it. I saw my face from kids until now. There are a lot of changes that I have been. We don't realize this change if didn't saw our picture.Yes, we are getting old,it is very sure. Sad to think but it is rel reality for us. And we must accept it.
For me nothing to do and I only can keep our healthy and keep away stress from our mind.Because it is believe can make me more older than our real age.
