When I saw at this SFP ( Scottsdale Fine Properties ) website ,I feel it is very excited. Yeah..it is at Arizona , nice and warm country...why I said warm ? It is because I see some of my friends who stay at United States and England said the weather at there almost every time very cool.
For my thinking it is nice to get a cool weather for a short time, but if almost one year cool always ..I don't like.

I stay at tropical country which have lovely sun every time and warm weather. That's why when I saw this luxury real estate that with the great facility and nice weather, I think it is very nice for people to move and stay at there and they can also have both nationality.
