How To Cook Barley Drinking Water

I never cook barley , today afternoon I decided to cook it.. .The first step as always online person , I searched on google hehehe.. and found few of them . But some of them in Indonesian recipe that  I am not like it.. The Indonesian recipe , have coconut milk..I want to cook as Chinese recipe .

After searched for a second , I found it too.. but I cooked it combine as my own style.

1. I put  about 100 grm barley in a sieve and rinse for a minute and after that , take a pan.. put the barley and fill with water about half pan and heat it.

2. Bring the water to the boil and then simmer for 20-25 minutes with the lid off. This will reduce the amount of water by about 1/3. The grains should be softened and cooked. 

3. I add rock sugar in it.. 2 scops of brown sugar in it.. and little salt ..It is done. Off the fire and wait for another 30 minutes.. and it is ready to serve.

Last month I went to Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia . It's long time I was not visited that country since 2009 . I went there for a short holiday , for I see this country not much changes , I still can recognize the place with well.

And the place for shopping also same. hehehe.. at the bukit bintang area . Lots of woman likes shopping when they go to abroad , I am same too. But I do not much buy because I see at my country shopping mall , it is almost same too.

This time I buy a red hush pappies bag , and few clothes. I upload my new bag at here.  

Nice Furniture Store

This is the picture I took few months ago when I was at shopping centre . Actually it is a furniture store . You can look at that room . lots of sofa in different design and have dining table , chairs too.

My other hobbies is that I like to have window shopping at furniture store , I feel very great and like to look it one by one. Looking furniture can build imagines about a sweet home with nice furniture in it.

China Town Bangkok

This is picture of me at China town . I took it at last 2 weeks ago when I visited Bangkok.Thailand. I like to visit there because it is very nice on food hehehe. A long the street we can easily find lots of people selling juice , food , snacks , and still lots of things that interested us. The fruit also good and very sweet.   

Marina Bay Singapore

This is the view of Marina Bay at Singapore , last January I visit this country again and take a picture . It is always amazing and never boring for me to visit Singapore. I like it and the food is very nice too.

For my favorite food at Singapore... . it is fish ball soup , curry laksa , fried char kwe tiaw ( it is rice stick fry with eggs and seafood ) and others that I can not write it one by one.

For long time no making link on my blogs , I forgot how to do it.. I think it is very shame hehehe.. I always did it few years ago . it is good too . to make back link to our other blogs . After viewed on my long time ago post . finally I got back my memory.

Long time ago . when I started to a new blog . I always learning how to make our blogs good , have lots of page views , back link ( inbound link , outbound link ). But today seems all my searched have lost at my mind.

Function of Flax Seeds

Flax have lots of fatty acid.  it contains two essential fats , omega 3 fatty acids and omega 6 fatty acids , it is also  as well as fiber and protein .So it is very good on our diet . We can eat the flax oil directs to our mouth , or can add it at top of our salad. But should not cook it because high temperature can make this oil  into harmful carcinogens.

We can also taking flax with other nutrients such as vitamin E, vitamin B6, magnesium and carotene. It can increase flax's benefits.Vitamin E and flax both can  fight free radicals and  unstable molecules that cause chronic diseases like heart disease and cancer. It is known that vitamin E and flax also help to reduce blood clot formation.

But this flax is not easy to digest. we must grin or soaking it before consume.

I never boring to blog about view of my apartment. I just make a post at my others blog , that posting about view too. but is city view of my apartment. This picture I took , to see the sea view .

At the evening. it is very beautiful. I can see the sea from far. it looks very nice blue and sometimes have a little waves on the beach. How To Choose Good Oolong Tea

Have I blog about Chinese Oolong tea in this blog ? I am forget.. but I like to blog it . again. I think this time , the topic is different.. Usually. I blog about Oolong tea. and I like it.

Today I am searching on google. and look a nice website. talking about how to choose a good Oolong tea.. It is very interesting for me , because I never read it before.. Usually. I go to tea shop . and they start to make tea . and I taste it..

In this site. it said 

" High grade oolong tea should be light gold in color without any burned marks. It has a strong floral aroma, sweet taste, smooth broth and long lasting after taste in the mouth. The tea should not smell moldy or have odd odors"

I think.. I will try to remember when I have a try at the tea shop.. if matching this advice. so it will be a good tea.

Central Park Shooping Centre at Jakarta City

If you are having time or visit Jakarta.. it is a nice shopping mall in Jakarta. Nowadays it is very famous because this shopping centre have in door and out door. There have a huge garden for people to enjoy and relaxing.
And besides the garden have lots of restaurant or cafe at out door. Lots of people like it. so am I too.
I took this picture at the opposite building of the shopping centre. It is apartment where I took this picture. and it looks very beautiful view at night.

Lotus Root

Do you know this vegetable ? It is lotus root. I like it very much . Usually I cook this with peanuts and carrot , it will become a good and nice soup. The taste is very sweet and very good for our health too. If you don't like soup , you can also stir fry this vegetables by cut it thin slice by slice and add with other vegetables.
You can search on google to see . what is the benefits of this lotus root.  

Blogging Feeling

Today I start to log in my blogging account . Long time ago. about 2007 , I liked to make post and sharing my daily activities to all blogger.. Feeling is nice and now my feeling is same too after long time busy with my online shopping. It is very different blogging and doing business.. when we are blogging. we share all our experience . but when doing business. we have to think deeply how to get best results in it. This is my experience in blogging and business.. but I don't know . how about yours all .
Actually I don't know . my quality of blogging is good like before or not. but I have to try again. and today I get a nice word. It is said. Just the right place to find a schadenfreude

This is the picture of grand palace in Bangkok . Thailand . I took it when I was at there few months ago. I like this place very much and it is rich of history inside.

Stainless Steel Charming Bangle

Last two weeks ago , when I was travelling to Thailand, Bangkok. I bought this bangle. It is made from stainless steel. good material. I buy few bangles. Before I never buy stainless stell material. I always buy silver and gold plated jewelry.
The seller tell me. it is very nice.. and I see . it is true.. and now I try to sell it at my online strore. Just a market test.. hehehe.

This is a view from a very high tower of ShenZhen , China . From this tower we can see all the city view . I just take one picture on it. because the weather at that time a little cloudy.

I just finished to publish a post of mine at my others blog . All my feeling have been share at there... but I think, it will be nice if I can make a post too in this blog. The difference at I was active blogging few years ago . with now. that I seldom blog is.. my ideas not goes so smooth and fast hehehehe..
