My neighbour has a new dog in his house. I see it is very cute dog..it is a puppy...actually I never like to have a dog in my house. But I like to see the puppy...when I think to have it...no..no...I like it but I don't have enough time.

How a bad situation she had, may be the glamour life had been push her and she forgot what is good and bad things in this world. But become a success women like she is not easy too. I hope she can quickly back and find the way back again.

A Good Way To Be Longevity

I just already read Dr Mao's secrets of longevity on the title "Top 5 Habits to Increase Longevity " He said that to be long live ones should :

1. Eat five small meals a day ( in a small portion )

2. Climb the stairs instead of using elevators.

3. Laugh it up!

4. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.

5. Unwind with meditation.

For my opinion I think it is true too, don't eat so much but just a little , doing exercises is good for every one , laugh is the best medicine for throwing our worried , drink a lot of water and the best one is meditation.

It looks very simple but sometimes I can't do it too...so I set up my minds that I always do the above things as I can...how about you ?

Logo Design

Nowadays in many of our activities we need a logo for our self, may be it is for our business, advertising on others thing....remembering when I was at high school I need a logo for our team too ha..ha..But we can not make a good logo...not have enough talent for design a good one.

Today I saw an great cheap logo design site. They can design great logo or nice brands that make our customer have a good memory on our logo..really nice..you know.So I think we can start have our own logo now and for my budget this site is perfect.

Peace

This is the first post of year 2008 . Thinking what content should I blog make me had no idea ha..ha..ha.. at last I make a post too talking about peace...yeah...I hope this year may have a better peace. No more killing and war is the most important for all of us.

But sometimes it is not easy for us to keep on peace...so I think we must have a peace mind and heart at first. If every one have a peace heart I think we have make this world better.
