Technorati

Today I open this Technorati Profile and did a little things to complete my site. Yes...I heard it every where , it says technorati is the fire. So...I need it to fire my site. I hope my freedom will be really cool.

Accessory

This weekend I have a small party. Actually it is my friend's birthday,yesterday she asked me to join her party. After that I begin to think, what dress I should wear...I like white....I have a white long-dress. But I think I want to wear a little accessory to make it nice looking. And at last I want to add a white handbag too. ha..ha..ha..thinking the party so much that I forgot to looked this cute one .

Women Healthy Tip

I got a news from Health Tip: Tame Symptoms of PMS , it is about Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) which can affects many women just before their menstrual cycles. Common symptoms include cramps, bloating, fatigue and moodiness.
And there are their suggestions on how to help curb PMS, courtesy of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services:
Get regular exercise.
Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and avoid foods high in salt, sugar, caffeine and alcohol.
Try to get at least eight hours of sleep each night.
Avoid smoking.
Keep stress at bay. Diversions might include talking to friends or writing in a journal.
And I add it by my self meditation can keep us a way from stress and a balancing life.ha..ha..ha..

How to weight loss

How is it possible that every one spend more money on diet and weight loss aids and, but we get fatter? It must be wrong. The true is you’ll exercise every day.
So let's get back to basics, start at the beginning, do the things that actually work – and remember, they’re free! Just do it 20-30 minutes of exercise to your day. We can take a 20-minute walk every day. Walk away from our house for 10 and then 10 minutes back and we have just done 20 minutes of calorie-burning aerobic training.
And reduce our food intake , eat less at every meal. At home, prepare a dish of food that is moderately sized, a small (4-5 oz) portion of protein and vegetables and maybe a little soup or a salad (in a small salad bowl) to start.
At a restaurant , make a habit of taking part of your meal home.Keep it simple so you will really do it daily and it must will change.

Cheese Burger

Do you like cheese burger ? Actually I love it , and serving it is very easy. I saw a recipe at EatingWell.com . It looks good and suddenly I get hungry...ha.ha..
I have a plan that tomorow I want to prepare this recipe , and when I am hungry at my working time at my lovely house , I can taste it. It would be good if I add a glass of hot tea.

Independence Day

I saw the Yahoo home pages said, today is United States Independence Day. Congratulation !!!! America . And I think there must be a great holiday in there. In Jakarta , if 17Th of August ( Indonesia Independence Day ), all people are celebrating and we can see a interesting sport show at every place. It is very excited and funny , I like to watch them every year.

Busy Week

I was wondering , can I have enough time to blog in my freedom site ? I love blogging , but in a few week past , I was so busy and only have time to blog on my wonderful site.Because my laptop have a problem , so I only have a desktop and want to share use with my sister.
But now it's OK and I hope I can have more times to blog.
